    Welcome to MY PET HAMSTER! We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and timely delivery of your pet supplies. This Delivery \/ Fulfilment Policy outlines the details of our shipping, processing times, and related matters.<\/li>\n\n
  2. Order Processing
    Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
    Orders placed before 12:00 PM (MYT) on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends\/public holidays will be processed the next business day.<\/li>\n\n
  3. Delivery Time & Shipping Methods
    We offer the following delivery options:<\/li><\/ol>

    a) Standard Delivery (West Malaysia)
    Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days
    Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout
    b) Standard Delivery (East Malaysia – Sabah & Sarawak)
    Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days
    Shipping fee: Calculated at checkout
    c) Same-Day Delivery (Klang Valley only)
    Available for orders placed before 12:00 PM
    Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day
    Shipping fee: Based on location and will be shown at checkout
    d) International Shipping
    We currently do not offer international shipping.<\/p>

    1. Delivery Partners
      We work with reliable courier services such as J&T Express, PosLaju, DHL, and Grab Express (for same-day delivery) to ensure timely deliveries.<\/li>\n\n
    2. Order Tracking
      Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
      You can track your shipment on our courier partner\u2019s website.<\/li>\n\n
    3. Delivery Issues & Delays
